Toyotsu City, Chiba Prefecture. Koizumi Sake Brewery Limited Partnership.
Junmai Ginjyo Tsubusuke (Junmai Ginjyo Grain Sake)
Purchased at the limited time-only Chiba antenna store in Umeda.
I thought Cheeba-kun had changed his name to Tsubusuke😅.
Tsubusuke is an original variety of Uruchi rice developed by Chiba prefecture over the past 13 years. So it's a sake made from rice.
I will have it cold.
When the bottle is opened, there is a slight sizzling sound.
The head aroma is mild with a slight alkali aroma.
The mouthfeel is slightly hard but flows smoothly down the throat. As the temperature rises, it flows smoothly and smoothly.
The taste is a gentle sweetness that spreads gradually. The nose has a slightly apple-like aroma with a hint of alkaloa, and it is refreshing.
The aftertaste is full-bodied sweetness with umami, and it is gradually sweet and delicious. Finally, there is a slight acidity.
I prefer it when the temperature rises a little.
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Grain Sake produced in Chiba Prefecture
Polishing ratio:60
Alcohol content:15
Koizumi Shuzo has two brands, Higashi Kaimori and Higashi Kai, but I wonder if they have different concepts 🤔.

I see you went to the antenna store too 😁.
I guess I missed this one 🤔 I didn't notice it 😅I was so busy looking at all the breweries that I almost didn't know about 😍.

Hi Nemuchi. Thank you very much for the Chiba sake 😊I think the To Kaizakari is probably the distributor's label. I think the To Kaizakari is my favorite Chiba sake! Cheeba-kun looks great sideways, but he's also cute in the front 😍😍😍.

Hi bouken, I went there for the raw peanuts after reading your information on the Kansai area...but they were sold out 😭I had a hard time deciding which one to choose because of all the labels I've never seen 😅This Higashi Kai was close to my favorite type 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Hirupeko 🌛Thanks for the valuable Chiba sake information 🙇It was my first brand of Higashi-Kai, but it was delicious and I have more Chiba sake check-in 😁I wish it was easier to buy Chiba sake other than Kangiku, Kouji and Fudo 🙄.
