Traveled to Takamatsu yesterday and today. I bought a can of Kinryo Junmai Ginjo Sake Setoao Japanese Sake Suizoku at a roadside station. The can was so cute that I couldn't resist.
After returning home, I chilled it well before serving. It has a gentle aroma and is gentle on the palate, but has a long aftertaste. It's a bit on the dry side. It is delicious!
Last night, I had a bottle of Ishizuchi Oar Shibori at the hotel. I was surprised at the price of 2,300 yen for a single batch (well, I remember all the sake I drank cold was like that), but the taste was a bit worse...maybe.
I'm afraid of hotels.
