Aka Kido" is a sake brewed with red rice, which was introduced to Japan in prehistoric times, with a focus on our hometown's roots. Its hue is pink-gold. The rich aroma is reminiscent of caramel and ripe apricots, and the moderately ripe sweetness, acidity, and astringency form a sense of body while maintaining a balance that is typical of Kishu. We hope you can feel the climate of Kishu.
