Accidental sake at a cafe in Ogaki
Very refreshing and fruity sake!
Only Gifu rice, water and yeast are used.
They make only three types of sake: unfiltered, nigori, and hi-iru.
This is a brand new to me.
This is a brand new to us, and rightly so!
The brewery was once closed down, but was revived in 2020.
I later heard this story from another brewery owner.
