Following Aizan, a bottle of Kangiku Meikozo. This is a Junmai Daiginjo. It has a rich flavor with a sense of sizzle. I wonder if it has a little youthfulness. Even the same brewery really has a different face for each bottle. Personally, I prefer Aizan.
