I used to like the Gohyakumangoku from the same series and drank it often, but they don't sell it these days... so I tried the Yamadanishiki.
The taste of this sake is quite unique. It is not an ordinary packaged sake. It is deep and penetrating, is it acidic?
It is best served cold or chilled. (It has an unpleasant sourness when heated.)
