The other day, my eldest son called me on line and asked me if I knew of a drink called "Hatsujin". I happened to have had it, so I asked him, "I know it, what's up?" He replied, "I'm at a sake brewery on business right now. He said, "You're so far away! (What are you doing here? After a series of exchanges like this (long story, omitted), he bought me a set of sake for me to compare one cup of sake as a souvenir. Junmai Sake A little sour. A bit sour, dry, and refreshing. Junmai Ginjo A bit sweeter than Junmai. A little sour and fruity Junmai Daiginjo A little lighter than the Junmai Ginjo. Sweet but light and refreshing. Yamadanishiki, and it looks like it won a delicious sake in a wine glass award! The last one I had was Junmai, so my impression was quite different this time. I think I prefer Junmai Ginjo. The illustration of the carp is cute 😊.
