This is "THIS IS IT" from Fukushima Prefecture's Pukupuku Sake Brewery, which sold out in its entirety at this year's Wakate no Yoake (Dawn of the Young)!
They aim to create a unique and delicious sake by combining the culture and technology of craft beer with sake, hoping that it will lead to more fields along the coast of Fukushima.

It is a cloudy, sludgy looking sake with a citrusy aroma reminiscent of orange and grapefruit in the mouth.
The aftertaste is very easy to drink with a strong sweetness😋.
It was so popular that the Pukupuku sake brewery was sold out at the merchandise stand on the way home😵.
