Low alcohol, light and fruity. Freshness and moderate acidity. It's the kind that goes down easy.
I use edamame, olive oil, powdered cheese, and black pepper as a snack, but I can drink it forever.
I thought it might be a bit sweet before I drank it, since it has the same sake level of -7 as Hana Yuu, but the sweetness is light due to the acidity and the low alcohol content.
It's good for those days when you have to work the next day but still want to drink sake. However, it goes so smoothly that I think I will end up drinking too much...
