じぇんてぃーれ
Slightly lemon in color, the nose is of soybeans, miso, earthen walls, and sake yeast, and the palate is light, a bit fluffy, and full like sake yeast, but extremely dry, with a strong core, but still not heavy. It has a petit Etsukaijin flavor, which I like. Otoko (men's) sake. It was brewed a year ago and has been aged for some time.
