It is a sake that is experimentally brewed at the Aichi Industrial Science and Technology Center. It was given to us by a person who works there. It has an alcohol content of 17% and a rice polishing ratio of 50%. It is an easy-drinking sake, with a non-habitual, slightly sweet taste and a slightly sour aftertaste.

This sake is brewed annually on a trial basis by the Aichi Industrial Science and Technology Center in Aichi Prefecture. Slightly fruity aroma. Fruity and soft taste. For better or worse, it is light and easy to drink. Later on, it has an alcohol-like bitterness and a bitterness that gradually fades away.
