Milky white with a hint of pink that could be mistaken for strawberry fruit. Aroma of azuki beans. Slightly pickle-like aroma. The aroma is weak. Sweet and mild in the mouth. Mild acidity with no hint of alcohol.
Since it is doburoku, other brewed sake. This is an extra.
