We compared two types of Ura sake ordered by Furusato tax payment. This time, we compared two types of Ura sake, one raw and the other fired.
This is a very minor brand, but it is a private brand of a liquor store in Okayama Prefecture called "Sake-no-mimura" (酒のみむら).
The attack is light, just like the nama-shu. Like the nama-shu, it has a light attack, but the hi-irushu has a sharp acidity and bitterness, giving it a sharper impression.
It was fun to feel the subtle differences that one would not be able to tell without comparing the two 😁.
