Souvenir purchased from a sake brewery during a business trip to Tochigi.
Clear and colorless, slightly viscous (alc15).
It has a pleasant melon-like fruity aroma, and is very smooth.
The first impression is smooth and umami spreads out, followed by a smooth watery first impression. The acidity is mild and elegant, with few sticking points.
