We went to a corner bar to drink a little and have some sake.
I found my first sake brewery and tried it.
It was indeed an old sake, but the sweet and sourness came through with a bang.
Brewed in 2007
Matured and fire-aged for two years
And produced in April this year.
Koka rice Yamadanishiki
Association No. 9 yeast
Less than 17% abv.
