Daiginjo with 35% polished Yamada Nishiki.
I got this 180ml bottle at the Yodobashi Camera sake corner at the west exit of Shinjuku.
Surprisingly, the aroma of this daiginjo is modest, and the 35% polished Yamada-Nishiki is very smooth.
Yodobashi Camera Sake Boutique has a selection of unexpected brands in small bottles, so I sometimes check them out. くま吉Clear and colorless
Mild aroma
Light but slightly peculiar richness
The aftertaste is clear and slightly dry. 一本義 仙介🇺🇦Sake from Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture.
Recommended by the beloved Rui Yoshida? Kuraberu series of sake.
I bought it at a supermarket in the station.
I forgot a glass, so I drank it straight from the bottle!
In the style of Han's styling.
It has a ginjo aroma, sweet rice flavor, and a strong aroma!
The crisp spiciness comes up later, swirling in the back of the throat and passing through to the nose.
There is no gassy feeling, but what is that feeling of a swirling sensation at the back of the throat?
Interesting freshness! A cool, refreshing sensation!
The sweetness and spiciness disappear in the aftertaste without leaving any aftertaste, but the slight lingering ginjo aroma at the end also enhances the freshness.
It is a light, dry sake, perfect for a mealtime drink.
Today is the last day of work (I didn't say it was over).
I'm heading to my parents' house in Hokuriku (my mother told me not to go drinking on the train, but... how shall I cheat her). SU013The base is Kitakappan, but it is slightly fizzy because it is called Shiboritate Nama. More elegant impression. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
