Yuki
This sake was given to me by my brother-in-law.
It has a strong sake aroma, a slight sweetness, and a refreshing acidity in the aftertaste.
The sake alone is a bit harsh, but it was a perfect match with the kingfish liver salad (not pictured).
It also goes well with takoyaki (octopus dumplings).
