Tonight is the middle day of the holiday weekend, but I'm postponing (skipping) my workout to tomorrow and it's a saket workout 💪😅.
La Jomon Junmai Sake Malo 2024BY✨
I've found Malo again this year and I'd like to try it 🤗.
It is made from 66% polished Dewanosato rice, K601 and YK2408 🍶.
The aroma has a melon-like flavor from the No. 6 yeast and a banana🍌 flavor from the vinegared iso. The taste is junmai sake, but the acidity is the backbone of the sake, and the sweetness and umami of the rice is beautifully balanced by the long aftertaste and the final sharpness 😋😋😋😋.
It's too good to waste, I want to enjoy it after tomorrow, so I'm going to change to other sake: ☺️
