I started with a cold sake. Not much aroma. It's a melon semedyne type. The taste is dry with a high acidity. It's a good quality sake with a good mouthfeel. I wondered if heating it up would change the taste. I heated it up to 43°C, which was a little too hot for me, and then poured it into a sake cup at 50°C, which cooled it down a bit to about 45°C. The rice aroma and sweetness were pleasant. The aroma of rice and sweetness is pleasant.
