Rice used is something from Akita Prefecture.
Another brand of Mr. Kitashika, famous for "Kita Akita" which is familiar in supermarkets and convenience stores
Since it was sold at a discount price, I bought it with the intention of rearranging it into a cooking sake if it did not suit my palate, but it was not a sake in the 700 yen range ⁉️ including tax.
It was one or two ranks higher.
It was a "light and delicious" sake with a hint of apple.
It has a crisp and clean aftertaste and is quite well-balanced.
It doesn't have much depth, but it's good to drink smoothly. ‼️
I will repeat ❣️
