Sasaki Brewery's ginjyosu is produced under its own house name, "Hana no Nani," and the ginjyosu has a citrus and tropical fruity aroma. The ginjyosu has a citrus and tropical fruit-like sweet and sour aroma from the uncorked bottle, with a warm, rice-sweet mouthfeel followed by a pineapple and tropical fruit taste. The sour, sweet and rich fruit flavors are introduced, ending with a slightly bitter and bitter core-like finish. The return point is warm and the fruity flavor is subdued, while the richness of the rice flourish dominates.
