ねむちNara, Nara Prefecture, Japan. Nara Toyosawa Brewery Co.
Gisuke Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu Aizan
Nara Toyosawa Shuzo's representative brand is "Toyoshuku", and "Gisuke" is a limited distribution brand.
It is served cold.
It is smooth and gentle on the palate.
It seems clear and watery, but it is not too assertive, and the gentle sweetness that gradually seeps out is pleasant on the tongue.
After swallowing, there is a slight tingling on the tongue.
There is a mild, vaguely bitter taste (in a good way).
It is probably best suited as a food sake, but it could also be drunk on its own and be gone in no time.
My wife says it's still a bit harsh.
She said the Huayouyu tastes good, but...

1801 yeast would be glamorous, but Gisuke is calm and reserved 🤔 interesting ☺️
I used to drink Toyoshu at a standing bar in Kintetsu Nara station for a while 😄. ジェイ&ノビィHi Nemuchi 😃
Your wife can feel the clear, watery sake curtly 😄 everyone has their own way of feeling and their own taste in sake 🤗.
Nobby can't get over the sweetness of Hana-Hayo 😓I think he'll love this one 😆. ねむちHi Aladdin 😊I'm aiming for the ultimate food sake that is delicious and clear, so I think I've kept the glamour down 😄I see that even with 1801 yeast, with skill and technique, you can make it this way 🤔Well, I haven't had Toyoshuku yet 🤣. ねむちHi Jay & Nobby 😊My wife says that even if I think it's sweet and easy to drink, it usually makes me feel sick 😁Noby, you don't like the sweetness of Huayangbao 😅It's funny how everyone has different tastes and senses 😆.
