Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. Watanabe Sake Brewery Honten Co.
Snow Komachi Junmai Daiginjo Fukunoka
The Osaka office of Fukushima Prefecture came to the Hyogo Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Festival to sell this sake.
I had it cold.
The color is clear with a slight yellow tinge.
The top aroma is a slightly sweet ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is mild, with only a hint of acidity.
The flavor is typical of a medium-bodied sake, with not much taste in the mouth and only a hint of sourness.
After swallowing, the acidity and umami spread gently, as is typical of junmai. There is a slight apricot flavor, and it is mild and moderate without being showy.
There is a slight lingering sweetness and bitterness from the sweetness, but it is still mild.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice used: Fukunoka (70%)
Polishing ratio:50%.
Alcohol content:15
Sake degree: ±0
Acidity: 1.6

When did you get over 1,500 😳
Good evening Nemuchi 👋
↓I've never seen such a legendary person like Hana Hato, who has over 1,000 bottles of sake in his/her bottle.
I'm sure you'll be a great help to me 😇

Good evening, Sake Run 🌛I'm far from a legend, but I don't skip posting rather often 😁I tend to buy random alcohol with labels I've never seen before, so I'll try a little harder to learn more 🤣.
