On my way back from a business trip, I stopped by Shimonoseki Shuzo and had a Junmai Daiginjo of "Shido 38".
It has a gentle fruity pear-like flavor. I think it goes well with all kinds of food.
At the adjoining sake brewery café, where sake tasting is available, we had other sake as well. Fittingly, I had the sake-kasu cheesecake.
