ちーちゃん
It was standing alone in the sake corner, so I picked it up out of curiosity.
It was a new brand to me, so I checked the label and bought it, which said it was Junmai Ginjo, a sake from Fukushima Prefecture.
When I poured it into a glass, I could taste a slight ginjo aroma, and the flavor spread out as I took a sip, which I liked.
It was not a model level sake, but more like a woman with a modest appearance but a very good personality.
It was a sake that I would like to have as an everyday sake rather than for special occasions.
