It is a heavy sake with quite a graininess.
The label has a moist atmosphere, but the contents are suitable for a bold calligraphy.
The name comes from the fact that the sake brewery is back in Shinsen-cho.
I think it would be better to heat it up, but if it can be heated by boiling an egg, I'd love to go to Yumura Onsen!
This sake was a hit, but they also have aged sake, so I think this will be my kind of sake brewery!
