Heroyui
Purchased at the Yamagata Antenna Shop in Ginza.
I thought it had an unusual name, so I looked it up and found that it was the year Asahikawa Sake Brewery was founded.
Asahikawa seems to be a tributary of the Mogami River.
The aroma is modest, but it has a refreshing ginjo aroma.
The taste is light and clean. It has a refined acidity.
I drank it after taking a bath, and it was perfect.
It is a good sake.
