It is a sake brewery in Eihikosan, but it looks like it is brewed by Hayashi Ryuhei Sake Brewery in Kyushu Kiku.
I bought it at a roadside station in Soeda Town.
It is a good old-fashioned sake with no special characteristics.
What I was interested in was that there was a junmai sake, but all the notations of Toyokoma were erased with correcting fluid.
Is it the darkness of the sake brewing industry?

Good morning, Tsukitate-san!
I didn't know there was a sake brewery in Hikosan.
Kyushu Kiku, I've only had Zanshin 🤔.
I wonder why the correction 🤔

chikumo good morning😊.
You should have gone to the brewery, but you ended up at the roadside station.
The quality of the sake was quite different from Zanshin 🤔.

Tsuyodai, good morning 😃.
My mom passed away too, so my heart breaks when I remember her 😊.
My mom was a super downer and I remember how the alcohol in her chocolate cake brought her down 🤣.
