This sake is made by Nishi Shuzo, famous for its sweet potato shochu "Hozan.
It is a junmai ginjo sake made with Yamada Nishiki, and has a gorgeous ginjo aroma that overflows at the beginning, with a mellow mid-palate and a smooth, delicate finish!
