さけざん
Bought on a trip to Tsuyama City, Okayama Prefecture
Tsuyama is famous for its beef, and this sake was developed to go well with beef dishes.
At 10 degrees Celsius, the sake has a slight mineral aroma, and at 13 degrees Celsius, it has a candy-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is clean with a slight bitterness.
At 13 degrees, it has a hint of old sake-like aroma and acidity.
It is delicious as it is, but let's try it with beef!
It is not the same as Tsuyama's famous sozuri nabe, but let's try it with soy sauce based beef nabe!
I used mirin (sweet sake) only to sweeten the soy sauce, but the salty taste is rounded out when you eat it while drinking.
The old sake-like taste disappears and the sake's flavor is enhanced, and the beef is also very tasty!
The sake does not overpower the strong flavor of the nabe!
Even the cheap beef has no smell and the taste is enhanced!
Well, it is a successful development!
Both the food (self-praise) and sake are delicious!
