Alcoholic Beverages in Joso City Ishishita
Purchased at a supermarket in Tsukuba
I think this town was called Ishita before the merger.
It looks like the brewery is famous for "Tsumugi Bijin".
A rare cup of Junmai Ginjo!
It's a dry sake that goes down well.
I was going to try heating it up, but it ran out quickly.
Ishishitacho is a pretty minor place, but just having a sake brewery there is a good reason to visit!
