First post in 6 months😅.
There have been a lot of changes in my work place...🧚♀...but I've been drinking sake through it all.
I was most disappointed that I forgot to post on 6/6 Shinsei day 😅.
So this year I'm taking the liberty of posting 9/9 as Shinsei Day!
Shinsei No.6 A-type seems to be quite a rare sake.
It is slightly sweeter and more acidic than No.6 X-type 😂.
I still think Niimasa is delicious!
...Flaxcat Spark and No.6 X-type stored in the sake cabinet...hadn't been opened yet but it exploded in the fridge😱.
I guess it gets too cold when it's on the top shelf...
It's too bad that our precious liquor is opened without our permission and the contents are overflowing and gone 😭

The Shinsei explosion scared me. I lost 1/3 of my flax cat spark 😅I noticed the bottom shelf of the fridge was flooded and it was soaked with liquor💦.

Jay & Nobby, we don't get a lot of Shinsei either, so when we store it in the fridge for long periods of time... it explodes before we know it😱It always explodes on the top shelf, so we try to put our precious liquor on the middle or bottom shelf 🙄.

Pon, I didn't notice the first explosion for a long time... I looked to drink the flax cat spark and it was already open 😱 I didn't notice the second one either and when I held the bottle to drink the No.6 after a long time, it was open 😅 so sad.

Koso sync, the plastic wrapping and the rubber turnover type stopper had come off in the fridge and the contents were out 😱The bottle didn't explode. If it wasn't Shinsei, it would have been a funny story. I will resume posting again.

It seems that the topmost one in the sake caviar tends to explode. Maybe it's because it expands when it cools down more than -5 degrees 🤔 from now on I'll change the temperature setting to 0 degrees !
