I managed to make it to the 2/1 post...
It just so happens that we started on the exact same day as you 😍.
I've taken the liberty of calling us synchronized 🙏.
Made in Komono-cho, Mie Prefecture, Japan
100% Kami no Ho used
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 15%.
Sake meter - Acidity
The difference between this sake and the "Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu Kamiho" that I posted the other day is the difference in the rice polishing ratio of 55% or 56%.
The only other difference is whether it is an unfiltered raw sake or a bottle-filtered 🤔This sake seems to be pressed in a tank and unfiltered.
Tank pressing is a process in which sake bags filled with unrefined sake are layered and pressed with a lid and pressure is applied from the top.
