The winter is over! The sun has returned to Sweden! I found a bottle of Akashi Tai!
I don't have much to say except that this Junmai Ginjo is very easy, subtle savory hints on the nose and distant fruits on the palate. For me, this is a bottle I will enjoying getting drunk with! Yopparai style. But I love the colour, in my wine glass it is a medium soft green lemon. Beautiful! Does this mean it is not filtered with charcoal? Is this Muroka? I don't think so but it is beautiful to see that colour
