- JohanbtokyoThere is one important rule when drinking Kaze no Mori: open it, try it when fresh and fizzy, but then let it stay in the fridge for 3-7 days. The improvement is amazing. This bottle is no exception. After one week in the fridge, the “nakatori power” reveals itself. So soft, balanced, yet rich, full and sweet flavors with just the perfect amount of rice/umami is incredibly good (almost Juyondai-good). I liked Kaze no Mori before, but after trying this nakatori, I’m an even bigger fan. 4.75/5
