A bottle recommended by Kikumasamune, who had a booth at the Expo. Hyakumoku Natsukafuji Junmai Daiginjo, sold exclusively in Hyogo Prefecture. It has a fresh aroma and a slight lingering gasiness. It has a strong acidity but also a strong umami with a strong sense of rice accompanied by a thickening and sweetness.
Kiku-Masamune has the image of a popular sake, but this is a very special sake.
I drink it cold and very crisp.
It is delicious.
