Although it is a junmai daiginjo, the sweetness, umami, slight bitterness, and various other flavors linger on the palate like a delicate string. TAKA2Yesterday I went to a brewery in Agui-cho, Aichi Prefecture and purchased this sake. This sake is the new sake of the month. The sake rice is Aichi rice (Wakamizu Aichi no Kaori).
