This is the second version of "Kayoi" from Yoshinogawa, planned by McAke. It's a special version that blends aromatic and refreshing Junmai Daiginjo. Yum! It's 17% alcohol, but it's easy to drink and it's badass.

The first installment of the modern version of the tori-tokuri, the Yoshinokawa "KAYOI", has arrived! Purchased with the support of McAke. The original stainless steel bottle is cool. They packed the original sake directly from the brewery and sent it directly to me. It's so good! I guess the only drawback is that it's 17% alls and I get drunk easily. I bought two courses. I'm looking forward to the next one....
