This year's snow crabs are soft and easy to eat, perhaps because they were caught early in the season.
Pouring hot sake into the shell of the crab, it tastes good. This year's crab was delicious. Although I forget how to peel the crab every time I eat it at the end of each year.
The flavor is so rich that I swap it with another bowl of octopus sashimi for the junsai.
