I got a recommendation from a liquor store that is close to my house but I rarely go to because it is not in my living area. I was hesitant to buy it, but this was my third time to Nagano Prefecture in such a short period of time, and also "Hitogokochi" was recommended to me. I thought it was fate, so I bought it. It has a refreshing taste and a soft sweetness, just like a Junmai Daiginjo. But even when it is cooled down to a crisp, it still has a strong umami flavor. The taste was more robust than I expected. It tasted different from the Hitokochiki we have had so far and was delicious.
