Polishing ratio 60%, pretty polished for this kind of sake.
It's getting a little old 😅.
The flavor is pretty sweet and punchy. Sweetness with a honey-like atmosphere. The second half is bitter with a strong alu feel.
Wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so old 🤔.
