The glass cup recommended by the sake shop makes it easy to feel the aroma.
It is said that aromatic sake is more easily perceived straight away when served in a glass cup.
However, the taller the glass cup, the more the aroma gets stuck in it.
This sake is good on its own, but I wonder if it would go well with a thicker tsumami (rice cake). But I don't think it would go well if it's not too strong and refreshing.
I expect that it changes little by little after it is opened, so it is recommended to drink it in small sips...!
