The end of my business trip to Ueda was Shinshu Kamerei🐢.
No wonder 😏.
Today we had Junmai Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo and Junmai-Ginjo.
The taste is elegant, sweet and fruity, and then moves to bitter and full-bodied.
It is still delicious.
Beer -> Kamerei (junmai unfiltered nama sake) -> Mutual -> Kamerei (jungin) -> I forgot...

In Ueda, Shinshu Kamerei is usually available at izakaya. You can buy it at the store.
I will visit Okazaki-san next month when I go back there on a business trip.
