Sake purchased at the Hankyu Department Store's Sake Brewer's Festival (2)
Sake I gave up buying (some of them I remembered after I left the venue 😅)
Sentoku Nigori Sake
Houraisen Special Junmai Namaishu
Dewa no Fuji Special Honjozo Nama
Miyako Nishiki (I wanted something because the brewery itself is rare)
Nagaragawa Nao Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Nadagiku Judo Junmai Daiginjyo Nama Sake
I didn't get the Nagurayama because they didn't have any draft 😅Nagurayama is good even if it's fire-aged, but they only had classic labels...
It has a rich fruitiness that you wouldn't expect from a low-polishing sake. It is interesting to see not only the flavor of rice but also a glimpse of graininess.
When I tasted it, I think it had more tropical and tropical fruitiness. I wonder if it is a type that changes after it is opened.
If the rice polishing ratio is 90%, Wakakoma's Aizan had a stronger impact.
After about a week, it tasted plum-like.
