One of my guesses today, Tetorigawa (^o^), today is Spring Junmai😄Kotori-san also drank it, and I took a look at the review! The aroma is green apple and a little sour, so grapefruit, and a hint of banana there. It has a nice fruity feel to it. From there, there is a good sweetness and slight carbonation. From there, there is a good flavor and sourness. This sourness is moderate and makes you feel spring. From there, there is bitterness and a good sharpness. I thought that junmai sake would have a more rice-like taste, but this fruity and well-balanced sake is very soft. It is a very soft sake, and like the label, you can feel a little bird flying around. It would be good with spring wild vegetables. It is a perfect food sake that does not interfere with any dishes! Tetorigawa is delicious after all! I love it!

Jay & Nobby, the label is really a feast for the eyes! The sake is also really delicious, and is the No. 1 spring sake so far (lol). It is so well balanced, and the acidity and bitterness make me excited to drink it with a spring-like feeling!
