bouken
After drinking Koei Kiku and Yamamoto outside, I tried to go to the second restaurant, but it was full and I couldn't get in, so I had a drink after I got home.
It is a special honjozo (once-fired sake), though it is not written on the bottle.
It is not fruity sweet like Kouji, but it is juicy with a thick sweetness like a candy.
There is no gassiness, and it is a different type of Kouji from usual Kouji, but the sweetness is very sweet.
The final sharpness is typical of Aruzoe, so there may be some differences in taste.

Hello Manachie 😀
When I go to Osaka, the trains are packed with tourists 😅I have the impression that it's back to the pre-Corona days 😢 There used to be guerrilla sales of rare sake, but there are fewer and fewer now.

Hi Rafa 😀
I go there from time to time because they always have something from Eikofuji 😉 I'm not Naomi Kawashima who says her blood is made of sake 🤣.

I have the impression that you also deal with other famous names such as Kangiku, Murayusuke, and instrument Masamune 😊.

Eiko Fuji and Kangiku are the two top sake I want to drink that I haven't had yet🤣.
You can't find the instrument in Kansai either 🥲I bought it at Hasegawa in Tokyo station when I went back to my parents house in Saitama 😅I guess I have to go to this store once 👍️.
