This one is made from 100% Iwate-grown Ginotome.
As the name suggests, it has a sweet and sour aroma like strawberry 🍓.
When you taste it, the sweetness with flavor spreads in your mouth, and the sourness follows.
This sourness is a really nice accent. ❗️
As the temperature rises, the aroma and acidity change to blackcurrant and plum.
It's very interesting!
It is very drinkable, so I finished it in 4 parts!
