It's been a while since I've had a drink today. In fact, I had to stop drinking for a week last week due to a colon polypectomy (tears).
I have been drinking this sake for a long time😄Hakushu, which is my first sake from my favorite Tetorigawa. Junmai nigori. The aroma is of apples and rice. The aroma is mild. The nose is mild, with a dry, umami, acidity, and bitterness. The aftertaste is crisp and delicious 😄It becomes richer and more delicious when mixed with Ori. A very tasty sake 🍶Tetorigawa is the best sake for rehabilitation!
Perfect sake for rehabilitation. I'm going to drink more and more from now on.

Hi Sashi 😃
I had an endoscopy done before and there was a time when I would have cut it off if I had it. In the end, I didn't have it, but it would have been nice if it was safe to take it off 😌.
I'm sure Shirojyu can disinfect it well! Good for you: ☺️

Hi Jay & Nobby😄Yes, that's right! I also did the "cut it when you have it" thing and had it cut. It's a relief to have it cut off early 😊.
I'm going to do more and more sake activities again because I was able to sterilize it well with Shirojyu!
