We had Koei Kiku Tsukikage Unfiltered Nama Sake.
The aroma is like green apples in the glass.
In the mouth, the sweetness and acidity are quickly overwhelmed by the astringency that starts to appear in the mid-palate, giving the impression of a clean and refreshing sake.
Yes, it is delicious!
Sasuga Koei Kiku! The balance of sweetness, acidity, and astringency is good 😊The drink goes on and on with the Osechi as a side dish 🎵.
