I was told that only a small number of local chain stores in the prefecture had it in stock, and after visiting three stores, I finally found it 💡.
I was thinking of drinking it at New Year's, but before I knew it, it was February 💦.
So, I'm going to open the bottle and drink it now 🍶.
Sono Kangiku Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50 Unfiltered Nama-shu.
This time we were allowed to choose our own sake cups, so we drank it in a light boar's mouth and a glass in the Masu (a small sake cup), in addition to the wine glass we drank it in last time ✨.

The aroma of rice is faintly sweet, the mouthfeel is carbonated, and the sweetness is followed by a lingering aftertaste.

The same subtle sweet rice aroma, a lighter petit maltiness than that of the boar's mouth, and a clear, robust sweetness first, followed by a light, fruity aftertaste.
If you want to enjoy the aroma, carbonation and fine taste [light boar's mouth], if you want to enjoy the sweet and clear aftertaste as a mealtime sake [glass to Masu] 🤔.
I served with [yellowtail toro sashimi] and [octopus sashimi] 😋.
Actually, I went to the 4th local chain liquor store the other day and they still had 2 bottles left, so if they have more next time I'll buy some more 😁.
